Trademark Living terms of sale and delivery

Scandinavian Spring sells products for different suppliers, each with their own terms of sale and delivery. Read the conditions for purchasing products from Trademark Living here: 

Delivery

Stock items can generally be shipped within a few working days. Delivery time is 3-10 working days for products in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will send you an email about the estimated delivery time, after which you can reply back if you are still interested in the purchase. 

Delivery of stock items takes place in accordance with the order confirmation, where any. special conditions will be listed. These conditions you have the opportunity to state in checkout when you buy the product. Delivery will take place to the address you specify.

The shipping company announces delivery on the day of delivery. Ie. that you will receive either an email or a text message stating that your delivery is on its way to you that day. Since your order is already on the car and on its way out to you, you do not have the option to change the delivery date. You are responsible for ensuring that there is access to the agreed place of delivery. If you are not present on the day of delivery and the shipping company tries in vain to deliver, this will mean an extra bill for you of 80% of the shipping amount. 

Warranty

Products of Trademark Living should be perceived as unique, and we can therefore not accept complaints that are solely due to a discrepancy between the seen and the purchased product.

You are encouraged to review the delivery for shipping damage and quantity / quantity immediately upon receipt, and before acknowledging receipt on the consignment note. Possibly. Defects or damage must be noted on the consignment note, with the carrier's endorsement as acceptance. Should you discover product defects during commissioning, we are of course also here to respond to complaints, where we can either agree on a return or a repair of the product at our expense. If you do not advertise in accordance with the above, the goods are considered to have lived up to the order placed by you. Remember to save original packaging, as the item may. complaints or damages must be returned in original packaging.

In case of incorrect deliveries or damaged goods, Scandinavian Spring must be contacted as soon as possible and within 8 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail info@scandinavianspring.com. Scandinavian Spring only accepts complaints sent by e-mail and accompanied by photo documentation of the damaged. Returns of goods are only accepted by prior agreement with Scandinavian Spring.

Facts about your purchase

Products by Trademark Living are unique products, and we therefore point out that products with the same item number are not necessarily the same. There will often be differences in colors, sizes and appearance from product to product. This means that you as a customer must expect differences in relation to the product seen on the webshop. Scandinavian Spring can therefore not guarantee that the purchased product has exactly the same look as what is seen on the webshop.

With regard to products made of wood, we point out that wood is a living material that changes and can change character. Wood works with the environment it is in, and small cracks can occur between the wood's veins, for example. Products containing iron can rust. If you buy goods with leather, you must be aware that leather is a natural product, and thus there will be variation in both color, appearance and surface. Small scratches and scars are natural and not manufacturing defects. Due to the processing process, leather goods may smell a little, but it will slowly diminish over time.

We point out that Trademark Livings goods are generally not manufactured for outdoor use.
