Return Policy

Below are Scandinavian Springs' general terms and conditions for purchasing products in our webshop.

As we sell products from different suppliers, there will be exclusive trading conditions with some suppliers that deviate from the general trading conditions. These appear at the bottom of this page as well as on the product page of the products where it applies.

Return Policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop upon return in the same condition and in original packaging.

The period is calculated from that day:

  • Where you receive your ordered item
  • Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.

You must notify Scandinavian Spring at returns@scandinavianspring.com within the first 14 days of receipt that the item will be returned. You can only send the item back, after written approval from Scandinavian Spring. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Further information about the further course follows. 

You have another 14 days to send the item back. Info about return address etc. is available from Scandinavian Spring. Return shipping is at the customer's own expense (in case of complaint (ie defects in the item) the return shipping is of course refunded). You is responsible for the item being returned in original packaging and in unchanged condition, ie. unused.

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice at the same time.

The following product types are generally not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  • Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal is broken.
  • Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Unique products such as all products from the supplier Trademark Living. 

Return

If you want to return a product, always contact returns@scandinavianspring.com. Following this, further instructions will follow. 

In general, however, it can be said:

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. 

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

The goods stand upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it at a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to that described above, it is considered used. Which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise value at the time of receipt - of the return. Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase price return, you must try the item without actually using it.

Return packages

For products that have been ordered and have not been received or returned to us due to the customer not being available after several delivery attempts, a dialogue is entered into regarding. delivery. For ordered custom products, the money will not be refunded.

Once a return shipment has been received and approved, the same card or bank account used for the purchase is credited. If we receive the return shipment without agreement, the goods will be sent back, at the customer's expense.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid back to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you are refunded, including delivery costs (except the costs of returning the product, which you must bear), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to make use of the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the amount refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.


warranty 

All products are of course subject to a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act upon presentation of a receipt. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. Scandinavian Spring will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Contact us via returns@scandinavianspring.com. In the email, you must justify the nature of the complaint, attach photos and enclose your order confirmation or receipt, as this will facilitate the expedition. Once the material has been submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation email. In the event of a complaint (ie defects in the item), the return shipping will be refunded. 

According to the latest trade rules, it is no longer possible to refuse receipt or to send the item back without the written agreement of both parties. This applies to all return shipments.

Injuries:

Please check the packaging of your goods when they arrive. If you notice any damage, note them when you sign the delivery. If your item (s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@scandinavianspring.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellation of order

The customer does not have the option to cancel / cancel the order once the order has been completed on the webshop. The customer can contact Scandinavian Spring and agree to send the item back. The return shipping is at the customer's own expense. The item will be treated as a "cancellation / return", and the same rules will apply. 

Complaints:

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

Below are the exclusive trading conditions for suppliers, where applicable: 

Trademark Living:

Products by Trademark Living must be perceived as unique, and are therefore offered not right of return or withdrawal when purchasing these products, if the solely due to a discrepancy between the seen and the purchased product.

For evt. complaint, you are encouraged to review the delivery for shipping damage and quantity / quantity immediately upon receipt, and before acknowledging receipt on the consignment note. Possibly. Defects or damage must be noted on the consignment note, with the carrier's endorsement as acceptance. Should you discover product defects during commissioning, we are of course also here to respond to complaints, where we can either agree on a return or a repair of the product at our expense. If you do not advertise in accordance with the above, the goods are considered to have lived up to the order placed by you. Remember to save the original packaging, as the item may. complaints or damages must be returned in original packaging.

In case of incorrect deliveries or damaged goods, Scandinavian Spring must be contacted as soon as possible and within 8 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail info@scandinavianspring.com. Scandinavian Spring only accepts complaints sent by e-mail and accompanied by photo documentation of the damaged. Returns of goods are only accepted by prior agreement with Scandinavian Spring.

WoodMe

On WoodMe's products are there 60 dages right of withdrawal and return on your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies from the day the item is received. The item must be returned unused in original packaging. When returning, a purchase invoice or information about the order number must always be included.
