House of Dhurries return and complaint
The House of Dhurries range of 23 rug designs and 12 pillow designs is handmade, locally sourced in India. Each product is made individually by the weavers and thus each product is unique. Small variations in color, precise measurements and finishes may occur.
Return shipping is at the customer's own expense. In the event of a complaint (ie defects in the item), the return shipping will of course be refunded. In cases where the item has been received damaged or defective, Scandinavian Spring will, at the customer's choice, deliver a new product or refund the amount originally paid for the item.
